    modality is a fusion of centuries
    old healing arts and intuitive listening.

  - Tonia Hafter’s primary modalities of Therapeutic
    Massage include Medical Qigong and Reiki,
    Shiatsu, Tui Na, Chi Nei Tsang, and Thai Massage.
Healing

  - Sound healing is a powerful modality. In
    conjunction with the breath, it affects
    the bodies vibrational level and affects the
    emotional body.

  - Tonia Hafter teaches the self healing
    methods of Qigong, Wuji Gong, and
    Yoga in conjunction with the Self
    Massage techniques of Anmo and
    Chi Nei Tsang.

  - Tonia applies many forms of energy healing,
    such as Reiki, Shiatsu and Qigong as taught
    by Wei Zhong Foo, Da Dao Chan, and the
    Gong Emei system.
Qigong
- Qigong.........
  - Qigong is traditionaly employed as therapy
    through movement. Medical Qigong therapy
    uses a variety of clinical modalities,
    including Invisible Needle Therapy, Shen
    Gong Therapy, and Dao Yin Therapy.
Reiki

  - Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life
    Energy: an unconditional energy common to all
    beings, able to heal the body, mind, spirit and soul.

    On and Hands Off methods are taught and
    practiced.
